We’ve taken wine making to the next level!

My name is Vinnie, and my wife is Barbie. A few short years ago, we decided to move our wine making experience into a whole new level. We thought introducing others to this “hobby” would benefit them, and even get some interested in making wine.

It was a total underestimated process of thinking. Introducing wine making to our community, simply blew up into an epidemic, so to speak. Starting off with once every three months, we soon found ourselves providing this service every other month. Then every month, and now every two weeks. Though still a hobby, it has reached a level that we never thought would happen.

The main reason for this level of participation is two fold, really. Imagine producing a high quality product for a fraction of the cost. Additionally, learning exactly the process of providing that product, and having the ability to actually say that you did it! Now you’re actually making a quality product yourself, at a fraction of the cost. An excellent two fold opportunity. However, there is another benefit.

You can enjoy the product too!

The main thing people tell us is that the product is actually superior to others that they buy for 5-10 times as much. Can you imagine buying a quality wine for less than $5 per bottle? When we began this process, we thought of a great way to invite people to the process, and instead, we brought people into a value that you cannot compare. A high quality product at a price you’ll never – ever beat.

Barbie and I have found a niche that has now developed a waiting list to get in to. We totally understand why. Because it’s what got us hooked in the process ourselves. In addition to experimenting with the products, it’s almost impossible to produce a bad product if you follow instructions.

Thus, we developed an instructional way of making wine. A total hands on experience that allows each participant the ability to say, “I made that”! An experience that, if done independently, could end up costing hundreds of dollars. We set up a schedule, you simply show up, participate, and when it’s completed, you end up with a quality of wine unlike anything you’ll have ever anticipated.

We also label it as your vintage. Complete with your name on it, the type of wine, and the year it was made. As I said earlier, this is a wine you can share, serve, or simply drink. All three will be totally enjoyed. We even attend parties where our Wont label is being served, bragged about, and after the evening is over, we have one or two others that wish to join the waiting list for a future batch.

WONT – stands for Wine Of Next Time. It’s rapidly becoming a recognized name, and will continue to be, for that matter. It’s actually developed into organizations ordering private batches of wine for their events. Under those circumstances. Originally, we were producing around 180 bottles of wine annually. I anticipate that number to be around 1000 bottles in 2025.

Needless to say, If you’re not a WONT member – you need to become one! Both Barbie and I do place a waiting list on each batch of wine, however we now make more and more, so that your wait is minimal, and you can enjoy your wine within a few weeks!
